Penn Talon Reel Seat - Fits Rods 21 to 28mm

Designed to replace conventional coasters. This simple device slides onto the blank and by tightening the thumbscrew, the 2 stainless steel wires grip the blank. Unlike conventional reel seats the Talon allows the blank to flex to generate maximum power.
